Questions on how to buy fish off this site?

Okay I had a few questions on how to order fish off this site. So here goes. Is there a number you can just call to place an order? I saw that there were free shipping when you clicked on the fish, but then up top it says free shipping on orders over 75 dollars? Has anyone had a fish come that was DOA? Is there a minimum order? Maybe there are places to find these questions but I thought it would be alot eaiser to just ask someone who's order off here before. Thanks!

There is a 6 day guarantee on most fish/inverts. If this fish is DOA and you signed for it, SWF will replace the fish (there are a few ways). 6 day guarentee
we placed an order through the site, due to a mix up some shrimp were dead, they replaced them without any problems (now I think you have to mail back the dead fish/invert)
It looks like you can just order through the site or by email. Email Hours:
9am - 5pm EST Mon-Fri

Yes you do have to pay shipping on dead fish. The minimum order on livestock on this site is 75 dollars. You can't order any fish unless you spend that much.

No. You don't HAVE to spend $75 on livestock. You only have to spend $75 or more on livestock if you want free shipping. If you want just one $25 flame angel, then you can buy it, but you'll pay shipping as well.

Actually, there is a $75 limit on livestock. I tried to order a couple emerald crabs the other day and a message came up saying that I must order $75 or more before I could continue to checkout. Shipping had nothing to do with it. Maybe there's a way around the limit but I didn't bother to investigate that far.
So yeah, shipping is free, but you will have to keep adding items until you reach the limit. It's not hard to do...trust me. The prices here are a lot better than the LFS, so I'd say go for it. I've ordered several fish and shrimp in the past and everything arrived in extremely good condition. The percula clown I received was the best I've ever seen.

Yeah, you're right, I saw that too. I don't think it was there before, because I've ordered stuff before with no limit on it. :notsure:
