Questions on Maiden's Hair

I want to get some Maiden's Hair to add some color to the tank and also see if my Clown might host it. Currently my el cheapo bulb is a 24" Power-Glo 20w, my hood only has room for 1 bulb
Would I need to upgrade my bulb in order to have it survive? It is fairly close to a window and sunlight hits the tank for a couple hours a day. (not sure if this would help at all)
Could you recommend a bulb for me if not?

maidens hair will need decent amount of light. ur lighting wont be sufficient for it. it needs perferably t5 or mh. at the least, strong pc is required.

Is there any bulb I can get to work with my current fixture that would support it?
Or should I just get a whole new fixture? I am not planning on getting any corals.
