Quick question about ICH

I have a question for all those who have more experience than I do. (Which is just about everybody
) OK, very simple...can you bring ich into a tank by adding Live Rock without QT? This seems to be what I did as I QT'd my fish for 4 weeks before adding them to my tank. The saleperson at my LFS told me I could just add LR whenever no need to QT. SO, I did and 1week later ICH has appeared and now my DT is fallow and my guys are in QT undergoing Hyposaline treatment.

Anything wet can potentially introduce ich.
