Quick question about LR and temp

Ok, my tank is finally filled up with salty water, aragonite sand, and 30lbs of base rock. The salinity is at what I think is 1.024. No other parameters as of yet because there is nothing organic in there yet.
My question is this: will live rock be hurt when placed in water that is at 71 degrees F? My live rock arrived today but the only thing I didn't anticipate was the water temperature. My heater is running and I keep a few bottles of hot water floating to try and raise the temperature.
I'm pretty sure that I need to get the LR in the tank tonight. Except for pouring boiling water into the tank I see no way to raise the temp that quickly. Can I still add the LR or will it kill what is on it?

Everything should be okay...... but jack up the heater for a water temp of at least 80 degrees. :D

Oh, its jacked up but I hope that it can heat the whole tank without any water movement. I'll go ahead and add the rock, I suppose; a little extra die-off should only jump-start my cycle better.

I have heard "from bang" on a reef the temp will range anywhere from 75 to 85 degrees. That is why most try for 80 it is a cool middle.

My temp is always at about 75 in my 55 gallon and thats with the heater on high.. Should I invest in a small one to make it a little higher??
