Quick Question

Do Nassarius Snails have to have a sandbed? *I want to add some to my 55 but i do not have a sand bed...i have very little sand on the bottom...but i'd like something to keep the bottom of the tank clean..and thought those seem good :notsure:

I don't see why normal cleaning crew snails would need a sandbed. There are plenty of other surfaces for them to scrape algae off of with their radula's.... live rock, the glass itself, etc..
Although I highly recommend that you get a sand bed. It has so many beneficial qualities that aid in stable water conditions and nitrification of waste material. Not to mention that are whole categories of fishes and inverts that require a sandbed to survive. :)
