quiet one/closed loop

I'm thinking of using a quiet one 6000 for a closed loop. anyone using one? is it quiet?

Well I think if they named it the "growler" the marketing people would have had a tough sell on their hands.

I've been using one for over a year. amy sump is in the basement and it's a closed loop. They are very quit and strong. They had problems before they redesigned them about 2 years ago, but not with noise. I would recommend it.

I run a quiet one 4000 as a return pump and it is almost silent. I have not had it very long but seems to be a very nice pump.

use the 6000 as my main return. Very good and dont hear it. Dont think you would be rong going with one.

I too am using a Quiet One 4000 for a return pump. Awesome and you don't hear it at all!

I have a Quiet 1 4000 hh for my closed loop on a Ocean Motion wavemaker, and the same for my return, both for over 4 yrs, never had a problem.
