Quitting Saltwater, Sale Items

I am converting over to freshwater. I have approx. 30-40 pounds of live rock, live sand, a refractometer that I paid 50.00 dollars for not long ago, 2 brittle stars, and a few hermits. Also some saltwater chemicals. I live in Logansport, Indiana which is approx. 70 miles north of Indianapolis. My number is 574-727-7177. Pickup only please. I am asking 120.00 for everything. Here is the best picture I have of it. I must sell first come first serve though. I am anxious to start my freshwater setup and I have to recycle my tank which is going to take some time. Also, I am lowering the price to 100.00 for all. Thanks, Chris
