Qustion on this light

Does anyone know what kind of light this is? It says "Power Comact 65W Smart Lamp" made by Custom Sea Life..who are out of business..Is this ok for the live rock and anenomes?

should be fine. when you start getting lots of corals or buy yer first clam, then consider upgrading.
