R.I.P. Porkster

Sad day for me. Today I notice that my porky wasn't as active as usaul. For the most part he was just laying in the sand breathing hard. I notice the spots on his fins and took a pic to ask if he had a Ich. After I came and posted in here. I went back to check up on him and I notice he was gone. I went to the side of the tank just to see a BIG Hermit crab starting to eat my porky . So I grab a stick I use for cleaning and hit the crab off him. I was too late though the porkster didn't survive the attack.

Busted on 3 counts of 1st Degree Murder.
2 cleaner shrimps and the Porkster

don't know about the shrimp, but sounds like he was doing his job. the porky was already dead or close to it, the crab was just "cleaning up"

I just made a 45 min move for my tank, my v tail grouper and the niger trigger didn't make it, The porky is very larthigic, but yesterday I saw him swimming around a bit, Hopefully he'll make it, Sorry to her about yours.

mine died this morning, im still sad/pissed. It was definitely the yellow tang that killed him. If not killed him, then stressed him out enough to wedge himself under a rock. He never ate, he swam around a bit.

Don't feel bad. My electric comany killed my fish. They left the power off for 3 days. The power went off around 4 pm wednesday and didn't come back on until Friday afternoon. Wednesday I came home around 9pm and my lion fish was dead. The stars and strips puffer was floating on its side gasping for air. I threw all the cords to my filters out the window to plug into a adapter in my truck. So that night I had to sleep in the truck because the doors would not lock when the engine is off and the power in the truck is running. The next morning my puffy was dead.

I wanted to destroy Com Ed.

The rest of the days I ran my tank off of a dodge neon. And get this, Com Ed said they will not pay for the fish because it was the storms fualt not theirs. So now on when I pay my electric bill I write fish killers all over the envelope and on the check. Mark my word, they will pay Here are the pics.

Sorry for yer loss and all, and thats kinda weird that u froze yer fish, but... i tired getting money for dead fish during a power outtage, and its a nogo. They just wont do it.

Yeah me too. i froze them for proof to show the stupid people at the electric company. They would'nt even give me any money for the food that spoiled. I went grocery shopping 2 days before. I'm going to invest in a generator soon. I have too many expensive fish to leave their lives in the hands of the electric company.
