R/O-DI systems

Well, I looked some stuff up in our Reactor Plant Water Chemistry Manuals. It seems like some of it is right some sorta right. It isn't so much corrosive, but It will strip some ions from metal piping. Which is why we use the several DI units. One main one, and one towards the end of each leg of piping. But that is the extent of it's corrosiveness. Not in the same category of corrosiveness as, let's say, battery acid.
