would you need to buy a r.o water system for water if you already have a Whole house R.O system that filters all the water that comes into the house?

It should be far superior to tap water but.... you need to test it to see. If it's still high in impurities you may need to pass it through a DI to remove Phosphates and Nitrates.

I will have to test it. Its a culligan whole house water purifier. So not a cheap walmart r.o system.

Check that the system is actually a RO - Culligan makes a variety of whole house solutions, mostly utilizing carbon filtration and some selective deionizing carts. Find out exactly what is in your system, you may need nothing else, or you may need to add DI to eliminate phosphates, nitrates, and a variety of other "ates".
