raising SG/salinity just a little?

Specific gravity is at 1.019 (78 degrees), and I want it at 1.022. I have a 55 gallon system. Is there a way to calculate how much salt to add? Thanks.

I raised mine by mixing 2 gallons of saltwater with an SG of 1.030 and used it to top off evaporation. In a matter of 6 days i raised my SG from 1.023-1.025. Didnt stress anything out.

Oh, that makes sense. In other words, essentially just add a little solution at a time and keep testing? Thanks.
ps: I really appreciate all the advice here.

( [Desired salinity] - [Initial salinity] ) x [reciprical of water change percent as a fraction] + [Desired salinity] = New water salinity
So in your case, if you do a 25% water change:
(1.019 - 1.022) x 25% + 1.022 = New water salinity
0.003 x 1/4 + 1.022 =
0.003 x 4/1 + 1.022= 1.034

Dont raise the salinity more than 0.001 per day.
