I have 2 tomato clowns and was wondering if I can have any other clowns in the same tank.

you shouldn't different types of clowns they are very agressive and don't like outsiders

What about 4 perculas or 4 clarkis? I have seen nanos where people put 4 in there (dont know how) and an office in town here has a 65 gallon reef with only 4 clarki clowns, tank raised? Is that disaster?

Usually fish of the same species are ok. But sometimes an aggressive clown will attack the other fish. But usually this doesn't happen, unless put into a small tank. If the fish is aggressive, then bring it back to your LFS.

I have a 30 gal and plan to make it a clown only with anenomes and corals tank. So far i have a true perc and clarkii, i think iam going to add one more of each and ill be done with fish
My perc. and clarkii r doing awsome only a little bit of chasing here and there
