Re pairing clowns.

Ok folks i have a black occ clown who's mate jumped about 2 yrs ago. I've been hesitant to try another clown with her. Honestly i wanted her to get bigger to definitely change to female. So now i feel safe that she has. My dilemma now, will a small Orange occ be excepted?
Thoughts?

Never any guarantees with that Jay. There may be reasons why the other one jumped lol.

Did they get along ok? Odds are they won't pair up at this point but may be ok in the same tank together.

Lol not pairing up iam fine with. I just don't want her to kill it. All my tanks have clowns so its not as easy as just move it to a diff tank.

Could maybe try one of your other clowns in there for a couple of days to test. Sounds a little sketchy though. Or maybe put her in another tank for a while then move her back after the new one gets established perhaps?
