It looks to me that your well on your way
once your Ammonia and Nitrites = 0 your cycle will be finished. As for you PH when the cycle if finished it should stabilze at around 8.2 ~ 8.3 . The cycle itself causes the PH to drop a little.
How are you cycling ? Cocktail shrimp or live fish?

22lbs of live rock, and a cocktail shrimp was in there for 2 days jsut to give it a headstart...
