i think someone broke it wile packaging it and still sealed and shipped it what the *%#@&^*happened to taking pride in your work! and i cant even call to rectify the situation til mon. (busns hours)
so now I'll sit and stew while i actually have the time to set it up

Yeah, and no Football either. If you've had it for 6 months, you're going to have a rough time convincing anyone it was their fault. I think I've bought over 95% of my fish stuff online over the last 10 years or so. I have never received anything that was damaged, but I still inspect every box as soon as I get it. In fact, I hate to shop and buy everything I can online, Christmas gifts included, and think people do a great job both at the origin and the shipping company. Even the Post Office is so much better, now that they have competition. Sorry, I just can't imagine tossing $400 worth of stuff into storage without inspecting it. Sounds like those house Gremlins again.
