a pretty yellow sponge, i have another one that is pulling through. Also, a new blue something, i have no idea what it is. It is a super bright blue, these pics were with the lights off.
Thought mabye the blue one was a sponge, but it is slick and kind of slimy, with no pores on it, so i know it isnt a sponge. ANyone have ny ideas?

The blue one is slick and slimy like a snail, has no pores or holes in it, so i am thinking that its not a sponge.

Their outer walls are supported by non-living calcareous or siliceous (could be slimy )structural elements called spicules. some sponges althuogh rare can have a slimyer coat
