Rearrange sand?

My maroon clown moves so much of my sand around that the bottom of the tank gets exposed. I have 4-5 inches piled up against the glass and a big empty spot were he hangs out. I have already added 30 lbs to see if it would help, but he keeps moving it. Do I level the sand back out or just leave it as they arrange it?

well my ungulate triggerfish does that to but i cant really do anyhting about it becasue if i move it back to level he will jsut move it back to what it was at so i just leave it alone cause it is what he likes
