Do you guys find that when rearranging the LR the tank seems to revitalizes itself? The fish really seem to enjoy the new surroundings.

yea but if you touch the rock with your bare hands it messes up the color

:notsure: I've never experienced that.

ok i dont know why its just me maybe my hands are to acidy or something maybe i take too many vitamins lol. i was mad at my cbs cause he tore my new coral up so i was trying to catch him to put him in my qt tank and lifting my rock up trying to get him out from under it and the rock lost most of its pretty color where my hand print is. color is starting to come back but it isnt as pretty as it was before i touched it. my liverock is only a few months in the tank might that make a difference? the shrimp won and is still in my display tank i moved the coral away from his hiding place and he is leaving it alone.

Maybe you had something on your hands at that time.
I haven't done much re-arranging. I have so many corals that re-arranging is literally an 8 hour job. My rocks remain in essentially the same place as they were a year ago. I would like to change it around but not if it takes 8 hours to do so.
