Rebuild Overflow

I want to rebuild my internal overflow. Right now it’s just a piece of 2” abs capped with a 2”-4” converter that I routed out ¼” slots around the top. It works great but I would like to do something more aesthetically pleasing. What I was thinking is doing a standard acrylic rectangle style but molding a stone brick look to make it look like a medieval tower. Does anyone know of an aquarium safe material I can apply to the acrylic that will adhere.

Check out pond foam. It's fish safe, but I would also seal it with acrylic spray. I don't think it's too UV resistant, so spraying it will prevent some degredation. Cheers.
