Recomend "good" Sinking Food For My Shy Gobies?

Thanx in advance, preferably "HIGHER END, HIGH NUTRITION"?? All the other fish eat the slow oving food to quickly, poor Diamond and YWG, just get a scap or 2

I've had great luck with full spectrum foods. I feed between frozen mysis, frozen squid, and full spectrum thera+ sinking pellets. All of my fish love the variety and my goldhead sleeper reaaaaally loves the pellets.
