Recommended Fish for Small tank

Hi folks,
I've got a clown fish in my 10 gallon long
right now. To what the recommendation is,
I guess it's 1 inch of fish per 5 gallons?
Wanted to toss one more in there.
My choices have narrowed down to these 2:
1-Pyschadelic Goby
2-Barnacle Blennie
From what people have said in the forum,
Gobies need extra care and picky eaters.
How about the Barnacle Blennie? I am a
newbie, so I would like the one which will
be easier to maintain. Tank is coming close
to 3 months now.
Sidenote: My percula clown is mean.
(attacks my fingers when I put them in the
tank to move stuff around or put new stuff in)

You may not like my answer but I believe you should not add any more fish.
Your tank is small and you do not want to over load it. Remember fish grow and percs get to be around 3 inches.
Also the clown is part of the damsel family and when established are very territorial.

if you want another fish, i will suggest two things. one, another clown, my lfs has had a pair of percs in a 10 gal for 14 years. the only other thing i will suggest is a neon goby. definatley no manderine in there. they need lots of pods. a neon is a tiny fish, and might do good in there. how much lr is in there? you know you dont always have to have another fish. if you like your tank know, just leave it like that. a 10 gallon is just so small, another fish might unbalance the bioload. bo

I agree that you shouldn't get the psychadelic fish. They are similar to the mandarine dragonete and they are very picky eaters. I think you should keep the tank with only the clownfish. Maybe add some crabs (scarlet or blueleggs) and a few snails. What type of lighting are you using.

I had a 10gallon tank that had a maroon clown( 2inches) a figi devil damsel ( 2inches) Long tent anemone (6inches in diameter). Don't let People tell you that you should not do a small tank. I promise that you will want a bigger one in the near future but if the ten is what you want now do it, just make sure that your fish are compatable and that you always have an eye on your levels.

hmmm... Guess the gobies are out.
I was considering the Barnacle Blennie because
when I saw them at Jeffs Fish, they seemed to
only stay, within the barnacle. And only come
out to get food. I'll check out what the
neon goby is like. But as suggested, I might
just get another clown. Right now, I have
6 lbs live rock (marshall island & vinici).
The tank is also a 10 gallon long, so the
fish only stays at the very end of one side
of the tank.
My lighting is a dual compact 40W, with
acctinic and clear. And a 15W Coral Life.
dimensions of the tank are
24"L x 9"H x 12"W
Main reason why I have a small tank is because
we didn't want to let it go to waste since it
was expensive when we bought it. So was the
hood/fixture. We've had freshwater fish for
years, so wanted to try something new. I
already know that I will want a much bigger
tank :) But I've gotta wait for my lease to
go up and buy it after I move.
The current cleanup crew is 3 turbo snails,
5 left handed crabs, and 5 scarlets.
There are also feather dusters in some of my
live rock.
I figure if this girl can maintain a 3.5gal,
I can do a 10 :) http://www.geocities.com/psychocoral.../nanoreef.html
Thnx for the opinions!
Its either another clown or none at all.
