jon321 Member Dec 1, 2005 #2 Red slime? or some type of leafy red algae? Urchins will eat anything in their path, but a variety of snails and crabs is probably the best choice, chances are atleast one species will eat all the types of algae growing in your tank. Jon

firedave Member Dec 1, 2005 #3 Try Trochus, Nassaruis, and Cerrus snails. Also get a Fighting conch. They have worked for me. Good luck!!!
