Red algae

Hi guys! Anyone know what this red stuff is? Is it harmful? It comes off of the live rock with a light brushing...

Looks like cyanobateria.....it can and will take over your tank....do not blow it off, siphon it out with a turkey baster
also I am gonna bet you need more flow in that area.....also what and how much do you feed? What are your water parameters? and how long do you keep your lights on?
