red algea problem

Does anyone know what this is? And better what eats it? I think it looks great, but its a bit out of control. It's very stubborn and rooted deep. I've even tried scrubbing the rocks with a fairly stiff nylon brush. It's litterally growing on everything. I have zero nitrates, no amonia. I've heard red algea uses calcium, but it's a reef tank, I can't exactly stop putting calcium in there.

30g Reef
Outer Orbit 150W HQI w/ 4x 24" T5s
HOB skimmer fuge combo
blue, red, burg, jade, white hermit crabs (I've just about tried them all I think)
Margarita and Trochus snails and some kind of small abalone that came with some rock and started to multiply. There's one in the pic I linked.
Fish:
1 chromis, 1 scooter dragnet, 2 spiny heads, 1 clown, 1 assessor, 1 green banded goby, 1 Griessengeri goby.
Thanks.

I'm told it comes in from Bali and nothing eats it...
Then someone else tells me it is phosphate related.
We did a major cleaning this weekend, to include DREMELing this algae off of the wave2k and powerheads and even off of some of the rocks.
I'm also in the market for a tang or two.
We'll see what happens...wish I had a better answer for you!
