red blood spots on tang!

Hey everyone, I have a reef tank which has been set up for a year and half. My corals are doing great but everytime i put a fish in there it wont take a month and they die.
The symptoms are they get very skiny, breathe heavily and have internal red blood spots on the upper part of body. I left the tank empty of fish for close to 2 months figured if there is a parasite it should die, but now i put a tang in there and it looks like its coming up with the same syptoms.
water quality:
salinity 1.024
PH 8.1
alkalinity 3.0
Calcium 465
nitrate, nitrite, and phosphate very low
Any suggestions?

I can't help much...not a disease person myself. But I'm going to transfer this thread over to the disease & treatment forum. Maybe the docs & nurses over there can help you.

Well I wanted the purple or a salifin, but I saw a little YT cramped in a 20g tank at the LFS and got him for my 60g. I aclimated him for about an hour and a half, and put him in the tank. I left the lights off while aclimating, and all night too. This morning I noticed the the YT had a white film starting to infect its eye. What do I do?
Now 0 ammonia; 0 nitrite; 12.5 nitrate; 14 dKh; salinity 1.025....the temp is between 80-82...tank has 50lbs of LR been set up for about a month
I have flake food, frozen variety food, and marine seaweed. I am soaking this food in garlic, but as you can imagine the tang has been in my tank for less than a day and is not eating a lot.
