any one ever seen a red mantle clam.....
my LFS is at it again. he has a steady supply of ultra grade clams coming in..

Ok... out of 38 views no one can say "yes i have seen a red clam im not impressed...." or "no i have never seen one thats cool!!!!!"
i searched and searched and i think this is unique but i dont want to jump the gun. please comments.

It looks like a Gold maxima... nothing more.

Yea. i know its not very colorfull here.. as you can tell the pic is bad but really in person its burnt red.

it might just be the bulbs they r using to make it look redder.
