well, after sitting up all night-I didn't see anything strange. Just a long stretch worm and a clam like thing. Nothing else has died yet so I'm just going to let it go for awhile before I add any morre crabs back in. Thanks everyone for your inputs.

The answer to me is as clear as day after watching my coral banded shrimp eat one blue legged hermit in my tank like a shrimp cocktail. :D
I'd bet money on it.........which doesnt say much.......:D

I'd forgotten about this thread. Turns out it was a sally lightfoot that was eating everything. He kept getting bigger and bigger and I kept losing other crabs and stuff until I finally caught him killing the hermits when they were switching shells. He looked like a 5" spider by the time I tricked him into a net. I kept him down in my sump for the longest time until a buddy of mine asked if he could have him. He put it in his fish only tank where its still doing fine today.
