does anyone know how to clean these out? I know its probably a stupid question...but dont know if/how you can? Thanks

I pull mine off of the tank and use my shower head.
I have the kind of shower head that you can pull off of the holder and it has several different spray settings.
I turn it to the single stream and point it in the top of the skimmer so it cleans the inside of the skimmer.
Hope this makes sense.
