Red Sea Colors Pro Multi Test Kit (I2, K, Fe) is on the way. :jy:
I thought of getting the Red Sea Reef Foundation Pro Multi Test Kit (Ca, KH, Mg) but, I did not get much interest in the new kits and I have both a API and Salifert Aquarium Test Kits

I tested a few of the Pro kits about 3 years ago. The only one that I found to be accurate were Ca and Mag.
Clown-Keeper99, I think your LFS is playing you. If tank water sits for too long, it shouldn't be used for testing. So sending it to a "lab" for testing is probably just a publicity stunt.

Ca, Mag, and kH are the others I have interest in. I like the Titration tests better then the Colorimetric and I see Red Sea has test that Salifert does not.

I have one LFS that I'd trust, but the vast majority I wouldn't. I mainly use SeaChem and Salifert for testing, as well as probes for pH. I'm not a huge fan on API kits. The SeaChem kits are mainly the colorimetric, but I like that they come with a testing solution.

It only is out of the tank for 10 min on the drive to the pet store
then they test it right in the ICBINB container
whole procces takes about 30min

In the third post of this thread, you claimed that you "ship it off to the lab." That implies time...

I don't think that that was a literal post but it could be just my interpretation

I use the HANNA Calc and Alk test kits. Love them. They stay really accurate over several testings too. I have the Red sea kit to test my mag, I like it.

He's 15 and trying to be clever. It was a misunderstanding, no reason to
the kid. I thought they sent it in for him too..... But really......?

That is quite right. I even blocked a member because they were being one to me.
What is all this young on young hostility going on?
Blocking a member is your choice, but for saying he sends his water to a "lab"?

I wondered why you quit talking to me.... now I know!!!!!
