red spots on bicolor angel

Hello everyone. I was wondering if anyone has encountered small red spots on the face and around the gill of a bicolor angel? I have posted this on Tangs and angels also. The fish has been in 135 gall for 8 months and water conditions are fine. Lfs is no help. any info would help. Thanks.

What else is in the tank????? have you noticed it scratching on the rock or anything???? is it getting beat on by someone? what are you feeding it?? Are they open sores or just red spots?? have you put anything new in the tank?? it sounds like it may be ulcers of some kind..... do you have any cleaner shrimp in the tank? because if it is a parisite they will pick it off and keep your tank pretty much under control.....
