red spots on bicolor angel

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone has encountered a couple of red spots on the face and around the fins on a bicolor angel? My lfs is no help. And, yes the tank is 135 gal. with perfect water conditions and the fish has been in here for 8 months.

Please give more info...like are the red spots like tiny pin-pricks that look like a bit? Or are they red blotches or streeks that are discoloring the fish's body??? Big difference in the two in terms of diagnosis.

the first spot was a couple of weeks ago and it was a very tiny pin size spot to the back side of his eye above his fin. Now, the red is around the base of his side fins and there are a couple of spots on his face. They are kinda splotchy. They do not look like tears in the skin. Thank you for your help. If this is the skin erosion, will he soon die from this if not corrected? His diet is frozen brine, nori seaweed and marine flake.
