Red thing on hammer coral

In the past few days my hammer coral hasn't been opening as much and I noticed a red thing on the stem of the coral I can't upload a picture right now but I will later. Does Anyone have any ideas of what it could be

Seeing there is a cyno outbreak that would be my guess

If it the little red bump. I've seen them before can't remember what they are but I believe they are not an issue.

Could be flat worms. I've had them attack lps before.

What is a good cleanup crew for cyno

Take the coral out of the tank remove the red( "things) there is no real CUC that will get rid of cyano in your tank Mexican red leg crabs will help though
