Red worm with white arms good or bad?

i have a bunch of these in my sump, havent seen any in my DT. but when the sump light goes on then i can see them. i thought i seen a thread by one of the mods that shows pics of alot of worms, but cant find it. are these worms good or bad? for some reason im thinkin there alright to have.

I think they will be ok. The copperband will eat them, but beware if they get too many in number.

sounds like bristle worms. Good part of the clean up crew. They are scavengers that typically don't pose a threat to other tank inhabitants. I have a ton in my tank (no way to know how many really because I only randomly see them) ranging from much smaller than an inch to 6 inches. Never had a problem with them in the 6 years my current system has been up and running.

I thought they were bristle worms. i can only see them in the fuge though. not the DT.
