I would have as much heated mixed water on hand as possible. If you have a qt tank fill it up. That way if the fish fight throw the bully in there to keep stress to a minimum.
You should move your rocks around so the established fish are less likely to fight with the new fish. Leave the lights off when adding and follow the acclimation hours. I know 3 hours seems like forever.
I would keep a close eye on the tangs they are pretty territorial.
And how is your flow? I have seio 1100gph,600gph return,and just ordered a seio 820gph for my fish only 90g.
The flow should help a little with the overcrowding.
