reef buffer ? help me

i have a qustion on my 12 gallon aquapod. im bout to check my waters Ph level and if its to low im gonna put reef buffer in. how much would i put in a 12 gallon aquapod and what if it is to high what do i do than

For a 12 gal it's not that much. Read the label and adjust to your size. I'd put in less then more. It's easier to raise it then lower it. I don't know what you do if it's to high. I was told it would go down on it's own.

It is best to not use a buffer to raise your PH. Just do a 20% water change. With a ph buffer you are also raising your Alk.

Also, when are you checking your PH? It is best to check your ph when your lights have been on a couple of hours.
