Reef Bugs?!?!

I have seen afew worms crawling around the tank. Some of them are small (1/2 in. long) and white, some are black and red and look like centipedes (about 1 in.long), and some look like teeny night-crawlers poking out of the rock and feeling around? What arethese? Are they bad? If they are bad, what should I do about it? Thanx in advance

Most all worms are good......look up bristleworms and peanut worms atleast.

so I souldn't being syphoning out the little boogers?

No you shouldn't be syphoning them out. Worms good...Syphon bad. They are stirring your sand bed, eating your fish waste, they are part of your cleanup crew. If however you see them 12 inches long then you may think about getting them out of there.
