Reef Crystals

Has anyone used this product over an extended period of time and noticed any difference from any other salt products?
At a LFS it is a few dollors more then IO which is what I have been using, just wondering if its worth it.

the only difference is nitrates in some salt mixtures that i have found if you have inverts i would consider it.it might be worth the extra bucks but for fish i would not botherinstant is just as good.i think instant makes reef crystals lol!!they have you coming and going.

Don't know if this is true or not, but I have heard that Reef Crystals is made by the same company as IO and the only difference is that Reef has higher quantities of trace elements.
If this is true, then if you do consistent water changes you shouldn't have to supplement as much. ( Assuming you do).
don't know if that justifies the higer price......

Reef crystals are made by the same manufacture as instant ocean.
I was wondering if anyone has seen positive results using the reef crystals product because they claim it is better for inverts.
They claim that reef crystals contain a higher concentration of trace elements also.

Instant Ocean is better, I've used and run water test on both and Reef Cyrstals contained more Phosphates. Save your money.
