Reef lighting...any suggestions??

I am setting up a 75 gallon reef tank. Anyone have any tips or suggestions for good (moderately priced) lighting??

either a diy halide system or a nice T5 fixture, like the nova extreme pro

The Nova Extreme Pro is what I was originally thinking of, but the reviews say its loud and really hot. Now I'm not sure.....is this what you use??

i use it and its really quiet. i would recommend it
