Mine died, from a heart attack I suppose... he was just sitting on my rock, then bolted up and hit my lights, then the side of the tank, then slammed into the sand where it died... wtf?

no urchin, and no... it was just chillin, i was sitting their talkin to my mom and said 'yeah i like my pipefish' (we were talkin bout him) and we looked at him and he did that. sucks, but awesome pipefish, would get another but ..... maybe

how old was it, maybe it was his time... sorry for your loss, he looked really cool

i only had him for about a month or so.... before that, who knows, he was definately not full grown though.
