Tang and angel covers a lot of fish. I need to know what they are and how big the tank is before I can help.

Not a lot of white fish. You probably shouldnt get a Singapore Angel, how about a Hawaiin Snowflake Damsel, Snowflake
it would get about 3"-5" around. Don't let the lfs or anyone tell you a domino is the same thing, a snowflake will cost more than any damsel they have.

several wrasses, gobies, bassets, clownfish
now to go a little more exotic you'll probably have to chose a few from the "monitor", "sometimes", "almost", "reef safe except crustasceans" category which could include (or not) alot more so called non reef safe wrasses, toby puffers, dwarf angels a few butterfly fish ect. you may have to find out the hard way with some of those and may depend on the individual fish.
