I'm afraid not.
Seastars are very different from serpenstars. They are no where near in the same ballpark to keep. Not even close, except in terms of water paremeters. Otherwise they are not comparable in any way in terms of the requirements to keep them.
Brittlestars and serpentstars are typically reef safe (in most cases) and can be spot fed. Linckia can not typically be spot fed (along with their relatives, Fromia, Echinaster, etc) and often (very often) starve to death within about 18 months.
