Reef Supplements

I was thinking it would be nice to know what everyone is adding to their reefs tanks!
So please list what you are putting into our reefs.
Oh, can you also list how often you supplement too!

I top off with RO/DI h2o weekly, then do a 10 gallon h2o change. I add Kent's Turbo calcium and Super dKH buffer to my new salt h2o before adding to tank. It's a 210 g
display, with a 45 gallon sump. I have just zoo's, mushrooms, candy cane, starburst,
sponges, and gorgorian in there now, - in April, after 7 months of opperation will add move corals.

mostly kent calcium as needed (which isn't often) when calcium falls to 400ppm, strotium for kicks since its suppose to have some kind of synergenic effect with calcium. Probably dose it once every 2-3 weeks. Iodine once a month at half the recommended dose.
Basically I bought these all together prior to converting to a reef set up thinking they would be neccessary. I use them because I have them but the only one I would keep on hand now is the calcium. I've been thru a bottle and a half of calcium while still on the 1rst bottle of strotium and iodine.

I use seachems ca and alk, purple up and magnesium. I have used other additives but I don't think they helped anything. I will stick with water changes and keep my ca, alk and mag in check.

I use b-ionic (alk and calc) daily to every other day depending on top off water and testing alk and calc.
I use kent supperbuffer dkh occasionally(once every couple of weeks) as the buffer instead of the b-ionic.
Every once in a while magnesium (esv) if it tests low. Usually once every 2 weeks or so.
Iodine only if my test shows almost zero or zero, since iodine testing is very iffy.
Regular water changes of around 15% once a week more or less depending on test results.
I use black diamond carbon and phosban in my hob in a mesh bag. Change the carbon appx every 2 weeks, phosban every 3 weeks or so, again, depending on tests and visual inspection of tank water and health of fish and coral.
