well its scientificly proven clean cuts, made with sharp instruments heal best (on every animal known to man). so no matter what method you use, the cleaner the cut the better its going to heal. it has always my preference to make the cleanest cut I can.
Mike cuttign with a razor then cuttign the skeleton with a hack saw would be better than just the hacksaw, but your stiff hacksawing the flesh thats in the skeleton so you would be making less of a rough cut by using that method but I would still reccomend the tile saw.
