WOW AZ your great! I just got home frame a 13hour day at work, we ran into some trouble I popped into my email and what a great suprise it made the longest day ever chipping away urine soaked concrete out of a McDonalds bathroom, that had a leaky toilet and crappy tiles so it soaked through, totaly worth it.
I'm going to go jump in the shower now.
Mike22cha I solemly swear to put it away after every use and not leave it sticking out of the front of the computer tower where the puppy can reach it..

Hey, it could be worse--you could have a job in customer service!

Anyway, glad I could make your day a little better. Just my way of saying thanks for all the help you've given me, either directly or indirectly, on this board.

And Marc, you ROCK for putting this whole thing together! Everyone should be so lucky to have a friend like you.

Well I went down to circut city and best buy to check out cameras they didnt have the cannon in stock that I was originally looking at BUT I got messing around with a couple Nikons the coolpix S50 and the coolpix L12 the L12 was pretty good the S50 was AMAZING! I have decided by hook or by crook the nikon S50 is the camera I'm going to get, it retails for about 300$. I was shooting pictures of my thumb from 8inches at 0x zoom then zooming in (on the display) close enough to make a speck of dirt look like a rock. I love it, its tiny sleek the menus are very easy to navigate. the macro setting was very nice. it has a video record with sound, two nmemory types. and one of my favorite features it has image stabilization, helping eliminate the need for a tripod.

yeah I really like it, I'm just wracking my brain trying to figure out where to come up with the other 150$ or so needed to get it. I will find a way, some how. every one has been so great making a gift out of this camera. I really want to get a great one so everyone who chipped in feels it was worth it once they see the new pictures.
