does anyone run a Refigium?
If so, what do you run/have in it?
Like to know the pros and cons.
easy to deal with? better than some other bio or nitrite filtration?

this is one of the better ways to reduce nitrate, phosphate and other things, since it is natural, and the only cons i see is initial setup..
