Refractometer

I got my refractometer today,was using deep six, after calibrating refractometer i tested my sg, WOW 1.024 with deep six,1.029 with refractometer i mixed 10gls of salt water powerhead an heater in buckets doing water change tomorrow i mix for 24hrs than add to tank

thats correct just make sure the salt and ph is good and you should be fine

when i had my swing arm hydrometer it said 1.0245 and when i used my refractometer it came back at 1.029 too!
