That is comparable to mine. You can adjust intensity probably and you can adjust the height of the light as the ant of time it is on.

not familiar with that particular light but if it is blue and purple it will probably work. I do wonder if the 100w is actual watts or equivalent incandescent watts like with the fluorescent ratings.
