Once a fuge is set up how do you get all the little creatures to grow and produce in it (like copepods and amphipods)? And then what do you do to use them as food in your main tank?

Put some good live sand in your fuge...not the bagged carib sea stuff. The return pump in your fuge will carry some of the pods into your main tank.

So once it is established it will feed the main tank on its own?

You can also buy pods online to put into your fuge and/or main tank.
