Refugium

I have just converted an AquaClear hang-on filter into a refugium to utilize in addition to the built-in wet/dry trickle filter on my 32 gallon tank. The instruction that came with the Mud indicate that I should wait 2 weeks before adding the caulerpa. Is this necessary since my tank has already cycled? What are the best plants to use in a refugium?

I like the mud better than the DSB,, I mean you already have a DSB in your tank,,ADD something different!

the mud is good but you cant gain anything out of it unless lou use a rooted plant, and most rooted macro's have the tendency to go sexual more often
